Vision Australian Shepherds became the 10th Kennel to be honored with the title of Hall of Fame Excellent from ASCA.

We are very excited about two dogs we bred hitting the stock arena this year. A Vision on Black Ice "Slyde" earned first leg Started cattle, and Started Titles on sheep & ducks at her first trial. Slyde was High in
Trial Combined at the trial on February 20. Slyde is owned by Leida Jones of Penn Y Caerau Australians Shepherds, ASCA HOF Kennel #45. Litter mate brother, Vision's Knightrider at Brlej STDcsd "Kit",
earned his Open Titles in Sheep and Ducks at the same trial. At the trial on February 22, Kit was High in Trial Open and High in Trial Non-WTCH. Kit is owned by Joe Ellis and was named most promising
started dog at the GAASC Jubilee trial in October 2008. Both dogs are solid blacks, very minimal white.

Wayne was very successful as well. He trialed WTCH Vision's Say Nothing At All "Allie", owned by Dorcie Smith of Bowdon, GA. At the first trial on February 21, Allie was High in Trial Advanced and High
in Trial WTCH. At the second trial that day, Allie was High in Trial Advanced, High in Trial Aussie, and High in Trial WTCH. At Sunday's trial, Allie topped the weekend off with High in Trial Advanced, High
in Trial WTCH, High in Trial Aussie, and High in Trial Combined.

Updates from Leida and Joy on their two Vision dogs. Slyde's hips are Excellent, Elbows Normal, and is Clear for Hereditary Cataracts. Kit's hips are Good, Elbows Normal, and is Clear for Hereditary Cataracts.

This is our home we purchased in 2001 when we moved from Oklahoma to Georgia. We have made some renovations with
out losing the character of the home. The original portion of the house was built c. 1917 as the farm house for the land. The
addition on the right side occurred in the 1970s when the owner added 2 bedrooms and an indoor "facility". We made the
woodworking shop the dog kennel and cleared the back 1.5 acres to allow Wayne a place to work the sheep/goats. We have
now bought the adjoining 2.4 acres. We are building a full trial arena for cattle, sheep & ducks. We hope to host a stock trial
in 2010.
