VISION NEWS UPDATES
We bred AKC/ASCA CH Vision's Vivacious Purplesur to AKC/ASCA CH Starswepts Hi-Flyin at Hisaw, Saturday, July 5, 2008. We
received a very nice litter on September 1. Unfortunately, we had to cull two. However, we still ended up with a very nice litter. Final
breakdown is: 4 red tri girls, 1 black tri girl, 1 red merle girl, and 1 black tri boy. Click on the link above to the litter and catch some new
born puppy breath.
Wayne has been approved by the ASCA Stock Dog Committee to accept apprenticeship assignments to become a Stock Dog judge.
His first assignment is in Muncie, IN and 2nd assignment is Madison, WI, September 2008. He hopes to finish his necessary stock run
observations in December and be approved by ASCA Board soon after.
Vision's True Grit finished her Altered Championship on Sunday, August 17, 2008, under Breeder Judge Melinda Gann. Trudy earned
her championship in just six shows. She had five 3-point majors, three under ASCA Breeder Judges. Three of her wins, she also went
Best of Breed over Altered Specials. Trudy is the 5th dog out of CH Skye-Mar's Blue Clear Sky x CH Wyldewoode's Blame It On Rio,
who we co-bred with Annette Cyboron. Look for Trudy at the ASCA Nationals in Las Vegas.
September 14, 2008, Hamilton's Remember Me went WB for her 4th 4-point Major to finish her AKC Championship. This is a
beautiful Border Collie we co-own with Claire Hamilton. On September 19, 2008, we received her OFA clearances on hips (Good) and
Elbows (Normal). We will be breeding her to one of Claire's Australian import males, call name Bond. Gorgeous specimen.

This is our home we purchased in 2001 when
we moved from Oklahoma to Georgia. We
have made some renovations with out losing the
character of the home. The original portion of
the house was built c. 1917 as the farm house
for the land. The addition on the right side
occurred in the 1970s when the owner added 2
bedrooms and an indoor "facility". We made
the woodworking shop the dog kennel and
cleared the back 1.5 acres to allow Wayne a
place to work the sheep/goats.
